Northminster Community Preschool was organized in 1972 by members of Northminster Presbyterian Church.  The program was designed to educate young children of the church membership and the community in a Christian atmosphere.  The school is non-profit and self-supporting.  It functions as a ministry to the community with the approval of the Session and Christian Education Committee of Northminster Presbyterian Church.  The current staff of nine has a cumulative total of over 100 years of experience at the school.
